Our design process begins with an initial consultation at your home or place of business.
We will review your scope of work and take preliminary measurements & photographs if needed.
We will then e-mail you a proposal with our design fee structure and how we work as a firm.
Once signed up with us, presentation boards will be created to illustrate our design concepts. You will also receive initial sketches and drawings that work hand in hand with the design boards.
After the concepts are approved, we will be begin working on our detailed construction drawings for your approval. These drawings are vital for any contractor to be able to interpret the design into make it a reality.
During construction, we will come to your jobsite and verify things are running smoothly!
When the project is complete, we will do final a walk through and provide punch lists for contractors.
